Some states are preparing for up to 2 feet of snow, as this winter storm is expected to be one of the largest blizzards in years. NBC News’ Cori Coffin and Valerie Castro report that several Northeastern states have declared a state of emergency, urging residents to stay home and even asking nurses to remain overnight at hospitals.
